Dr. Babette Wehrmann and Dr. Nabil Ashraf training:

This training concentrated more on the Land Use Management aspects, following the same structure in previous training in terms of the open lecturing system, and preparing lectures based on the requested topics by participants. The participants were the same MLAE urban planners who went through the previous urban planning tools training.
Two lecturers were responsible for lecturing in this training; Dr. Babette Wehrmann and Dr. Nabil Ashraf, and they went through many topics together with the participants varying from Land adjustment methods to land trusts and property taxes and many other land use management tools and issues, tackling the various aspects from the point of view of the international academics and also from the point of view of the Syrian approach within the Syrian resources and regulations.
