Under the patronage of the Minister of the Local Administration and Environment Mr. Hilal Atrash, the Minister of Local Administration and Environment. The UDP-gtz conducted a work meeting on the Syrian State of Cities Report (SSoCR).

The meeting was conducted by the gtz under the demand of the SPC (State Planning Commission) according to the tenth 5-year plan.

The main subject of the work meeting was to discuss the goals of the program and the goals of its components especially the SSoCR.

The four main components of the Urban Development Programme and further activities for each component were also discussed.
